How To Order

Custom Ordered Guitars:
50% nonrefundable deposit is required on custom ordered guitars. Balance is due upon completion of the order.
Shipping Charges:
There will be a charge for shipping and handling of guitars. This will cover insurance and UPS ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to other areas may require additional charges.
Approval:
There is a 48 hour approval period from the time of delivery. ( this does not include custom orders, or used guitars.) Please call us as soon as possible if you have a question about the guitar. All amplifiers sales are final.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a guitar, call us first. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must be insured by the customer for the full purchase price and must be made within the first 48 hours following the receipt of the guitar. The guitar must be packed in the same carton with the same packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other items that came with the guitar. The guitar must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold in order to be eligible for refund. When we receive the merchandise you will receive a full refund minus shipping, insurance and a 5% handling fee. No refunds are available for custom ordered guitars or guitars ordered without a case.
Damage:
Guitars should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If there are any damages, they must be reported immediately to the courier and Infinity Guitars. All items leave our store in good condition. We will notify the courier and the customer will need to make the item and packaging available to the courier for inspection. We will not be responsible for damages to a guitar ordered without a case.
Layaway:
We offer a 30% down, 60 day layaway. All layaways must be paid in full by 60 days or the guitar will be placed back in our inventory for sell and all deposits will be forfeited. No exceptions.
