This is a 2008 Gibson Historic Custom Shop R8. This one is a 50th anniversary limited edition aged by Tom Murphy. Only 75 were made. This is #42. Excellent condition. No issues. Collector owned and all original This precedes the current Murphy Lab program by over a decade (which Tom only oversees) and was aged by the man himself. The combination of it being a hand aged Tom Murphy piece from such a small limited run is only going to make it go up in value and be super collectible in the years to come.
